Growing up in kitchens across New England, Nate was trained at the Culinary School of Hard Knocks and was the former Executive Chef of Lucca Boston.
From busing tables at 14, to bartender, then chef, Justin has worked in multiple roles within the restaurant industry. He is also a visual artist. His artistic training lends himself to the culinary arts as well- playing with flavor, color, and ingredients.
